I joined Jim’s Cleaning in 2002 after working for many years in the banking industry. I loved working for myself and being able to set my own hours, especially with a young family.
Soon, I had built up a customer base and sold a ‘split’, which is selling off half of your business as a new franchise. I split my Franchise three times, making between $10,000 and $20,000 each time, while still keeping my own business and regular income.
The rest of the time I focused on building the Jim’s Cleaning name in my area. I can honestly say that this business has brought me and my family everything we need.”
I became a regional franchisor, and while I established myself I was earning my entire week’s wages in about 3 hours a day, from a commercial client I picked up myself.
